In Punjab, the issuance of LTV's New Learner has been stopped. According to New SOP Now, any candidate who wants to apply for an LTV License or LTV learner permit has to first obtain a Car Driving License and after two years he can apply for LTV Learner permit.
پنجاب میں ایل ٹی وی کے نیو لرنر کا اجرا روک دیا گیا ہے۔ نیو ایس او پی کے مطابق، کوئی بھی امیدوار جو ایل ٹی وی لائسنس یا ایل ٹی وی لرنر پرمٹ کے لیے درخواست دینا چاہتا ہے اسے پہلے کار ڈرائیونگ لائسنس حاصل کرنا ہوگا اور دو سال کے بعد وہ ایل ٹی وی لرنر پرمٹ کے لیے درخواست دے سکتا ہے۔
